Smith Butte Ranch

Smith Butte Ranch is two hundred acres near Ash Fork, sitting inside the triangle formed by Flagstaff, Williams and Sedona. High desert, long views, and elevation that changes what the summer feels like.

The land already holds what the project is built around: a natural spring fed swimming hole and a hot mineral soaking tub. The development follows the water rather than imposing on it.

Off grid is a design constraint here, not a marketing line. Power, water and access are part of the scope, which is the kind of build the construction arm is set up for.
