We take over stalled and cited permits, including jobs we did not draw and did not build. Correction set prepared, resubmitted, and carried through to release.

When architecture, permitting and construction are three separate companies, every disagreement between them becomes the owner’s problem and the owner’s delay. The drawing gets approved but cannot be built. The build deviates and the inspection fails. Nobody is wrong and nothing moves.

Holding all three removes the negotiation. There is one drawing set, one schedule, and one name on the outcome.
